• 1.Watermarked when playback Blu-ray;
• 2.Everytime you run the player, the Registration window will pop up;
• 3.Everytime you load Blu-ray DVD disc/ISO/folder, the Registration window will pop up.

After order, you will receive the license code by email. Just copy and paste the code in "Tools - Registration" to remove the all limitations of trial version(Watermark when Playback Blu-ray) and will enjoy free technical support and update service. 
All users should note that each registration code can only be used on one computer at a time and the number of computer changes(including the OS Reinstallation or Upgrading) is limited to FIVE each year, please do not leak or disclose your registration info to others.

It is not always necessary(except the major update like 2.12 to 2.13) but recommended. The upgrade service is free for all paid users and it's customers' choice to update at anytime. 
Refusing to update will only affect the new-released Blu-ray discs.  Because Blu-ray Discs have adopted AACS (Advanced Access Content System) to protect the digital content, Aurora Blu-ray Player needs to periodical updates for this content protection.

Aurora Blu-ray Software needs Internet Connection during BD decryption. Users should know that one Blu-ray Disc only need one decryption process. The users who have the same disc will not do decryption once again. That means the Network Connection is not always necessary, but you should make sure the Blu-ray disc be loaded successfully at least once under an Internet Connection.

No, the subtitles are system settings and you cannot remove or edit the subtitle in this software.

Only .iso image(and disc burned from this ISO) authored by Encore, we are working on this feature. For other image file, you need mount firstly and try. 

Under Other Titles option, you may check the #1 or #2 longest ones. This way works for The Game of Thrones Season 1 according to our testing as for now.

Forced subtitles are shown regardless of current player setting, typically when movie contains a foreign language scene. For example, when you are hearing the Na'vi language in Avatar, the forced subtitle should be shown with your mother language. For Aurora, you should enable the forced subtitle manually only if there are two same subtitles available. (like English-English, Chinese-Chinese or Spanish-Spanish).
